Does anyone know the name of the type of games that are like roms except that they are legal on account that the games' haven't been sold within 5-10 yrs (somethin like that) and therefor their Licensinse (I can't spell right now, what finger trap, I almost got it... Leav me alone!!!) has expired and are now legal to be distrubuted across the internet.

you mean huge floppy disk games for computers without cd drives?

No like you can get the game lemmings 95 because it hasn't been sold in a long time so you can get it off the internet legally now.
