Hey, me being a H.S. senior, I was wondering what everyone was planning to do after they graduate from high school. So, please share with us your future plans, and maybe what kind of career you want to go into if you know. Also, please keep this thread to ONLY high school Seniors posting, so if you are in elementary or middle school, or if you already are in college/working, feel free to read our posts but please don't post here. This thread is JUST for us High School Seniors to share our plans amongst ourselves.
Today i had award ceremonies/garden party, Monday & Tuesday are my finals, and then graduation is on June 9th. Anyways, next fall I am going to attend Elizabethtown College (surprise it's in a town called Elizabethtown, which is near Lancaster), and in terms of a major, I am kind of Undecided, but I am thinking of majoring in English with a Concentration in Professional Writing. I am not really sure of a career for me yet, I guess I'll find out what I am really interested in at college.

Well, I'm only in Grade 8, but when I graduate, I plan to get into graphic design.

Just Graduated last week, and i got a job as a computer hardware disigner when i finish school

Jedi I thought you graduated last year.. hmm
Either way, I've got one more year. Was planning on getting a job this summer, but it's going to be my first summer free of anything, so I might just do nothing and relax for the 3 months I have.

well i play middle linebacker for the texas longhorns so hopefully i get drafted and go to the NFL, if not i think i might be real estate lol.....middle linebacker to real estate agent.

Does graduating make you feel like shit? Cause I cried and I admit it. I so miss high school. Nothing like skipping 4th period to eat both lunches and never get in trouble. It was so awesome, me and whoever my skipping buddy would be.. just chill in the bathroom for 30 minutes waiting on second lunch to start. You see, my school was set up like this:
1st period
2nd period
3rd period
[depending on where your 4th was, you'd either eat lunch now or later]
4th period
[2nd lunch starts, first lunch batch goes to 4th period after I'd attend 4th]
5th
6th
Between first and second lunch, their was around 30 minutes. So, we would sit in the bathroom, drink cokes, shoot the shit, whatever.. man, I miss high school. I cried when I realized it was all over, and no matter how hard I tried to fail, I never would get to do it again ;(
Matter of fact, I feel like shit right now.

I am a freshy right now, but when I grow up I want to be some sort of engineer. After I read xDBD's post it reminded me of my middle school. I missed it pretty bad because when I was in 8th grade, we were like the oldest kids around the school and we slacked off during the last 2 months of school and just got to mess around. Now that its all over, I realized that I would never be able to experience that again.

-Sounds cool pooppoop, good luck with that.
-Don't worry Mr.Blaine, when you are a senior you shall be able to experience that all over again; it's been fun being able to be the real voices of the school, and most of the schol respects the senior class for its, well, seniority.
Yeh, anyways, I prolly shouldn't have limited this to just seniors, seeing how there are many other different age groups, so feel free for anyone to post here if y'all want (as long as its not spam of course). I got my last 2 finals tomorrow (today i took math final, tomorrow i got international relations and AP physics finals), so that'll be a big weight off my shoulders.

How old are you sinner? But yea, for this summer i got a job. I get to be a custodian at the policde dept, which kinda sucks..but its money.
