Ten posts is way too easy. You could get 10 in a day in one area of the forum. Twenty would cause the person to be a little more spread out about their posting.

Flea, you expect too much from new people. Not all are bad damn it. Some are people who are decent. 10 posts is good enough.

Another issue is some accounts with 0 posts. I think when you make an account you should be required to make 5 posts in 2 weeks. Thats not hard at all.

Very few are actually good, Death. You also take the 'Create Forum' right a little too seriously, I knew that I didn't want to make any forums when I first joined, save for the Trading section, which could be an exception. You have to admit, the rule would solve a lot more problems than it would create, I don't see why you can't recognize that. It isn't like we don't already or could already have pre-created threads for 20-unders.

Why not make a "newcomer" section, where they can first post? I know I'm not on all the time, but if I can help, and I see people are being polite and nice, I will certainly try to help them, and I think other people think the same way, so I don't think the newcomer section would just be ignored... Anyway, that were my $0.02.

I've been here a long time and I've been a mod myself and I can say, D2S mods are zero tolerance and have no ignoring skills. The moment someone makes a double post, their like "HOLY SHITzORZ!!!oneoen!!!!z SPAM ALERT!!! ERRRKKK!!!" and then they come to your house and slap you across the head with a fish.

Ho-lee shit Karant, that was wierd as hell. Anyway, I'm really still waiting for an Admin to look at this, I think they would be the only deciding vote here, seeing as they know what is or is not beyond the limits of scripting. Chesh, Spit, look at me!
