I dunno what happened, need help with this error

I was playing d2 and for some reason all the power in my house blew out for a few seconds, my comp restarted and everything i logged back into bnet but now every time i join a game i get an assertion error and d2 shuts down..any help?

Yes, because fragmented files can somehow cause your to get errors... Dumbass. Do a clean reinstall and it should be fine. Also, are you using C3PO? Because if you use C3PO and then go to the desktop it does that sometimes.

eh i fixed it..simply restarted the comp. I shoulda done that before i posted heh.
