Where To Uplaod Your Sigs?
#1
I've recently have just gotten back to this forum and ive been wanting to upload my new sig but found out that upload.d2sector.net is currently down at the time. So I'm wondering where i can upload my new signiture that does not require money or any personal information to be able to upload my sigs.

PLz Post Links to sites that you or know you can upload files for free of charge and without giving away email address, personal info, etc.

I think he wanted a place where you don't have to give any info away; i forget what the registration process is like for photobucket, but i at least know that you DO have to sign up for photobucket, while there is no need to sign up for imageshack. the only possibly good thing i actually see in photobucket that imageshack doesn't have is the ability for photobucket to save your links in case you need them for a rainy day.

1) Go to Imageshack: http://www.imageshack.us/
2) Click on the "Browse" button and go find the image on your computer that you wish to upload. Hit Open.
3) Now if you look in the box to the left of "Browse" you'll see the location of the image on your computer.
4) Now click where it says "Host it!", and it will upload the image (as Warslvt said in the other thread it allows the following formats: jpeg jpg png gif bmp tif tiff swf.
5) This will take you to another page with a bunch of different links that go to your picture; look for the one that says "Direct link to image". Now copy that link (CTRL+C), and head over to the d2sector.net UserCP.
6) Go to the page that allows you to edit your signature. Click on that yellowish box thingy with mountains that has the title "Insert Image". This will bring up a prompt asking for a URL. Now paste that link (CTRL+V) that you copied earlier, and then hit OK. You will (hopefully) be able to see the image that you wished to upload. Now just click "Save Signature" and you're done. That's it!

Jedi, you can sign your e-mail with Imageshack and your images are in a collection based on your IP.
