Graphics card seems to be too hot.

why in gods name would u even buy such an outdated card.. does it even have pixel shaders???

well ne way, I'd suggest a new card over that one, the worst of the best Geforce is like 100 bucks now, it has newest version of pixel shader so u can play games like battlefield 2 (wish is the most racist series of games ever) or just get urself a fan and spend ur time figuring out how to install it on ur card
and FYI unless u have some liquid silver cooling, i doubt a video card is ever "cool" or "just the right temperature" for god sakes, im using my shitty comp with a TNT2 and its quite hot when i touch it.

or a smarter thign to do, wich u should've done iin the first place, CONTACT UR VIDEO CARD SUPPLIER/SUPPORT AT ATI.

Alfzzz... all i will tell you is get water cooling and then overclock it until your Adapter core temperature is @ 82-85 deg Farin and then you will have more graphics capability and fix your heating problem all at once.... 2 birds... 1 water cooling system....

if you dont wanna go with water cooling... then i would check your airflow.. Im assuming the rest of your system is slightly above average.... according to your card.. and if your just running 1 case fan and 1 power supply fan.. its probably a little hot in there... an easy way to check your airflow is to pull one side of the case off and play the most graphic demanding game you have for a while.. and then check the temp of the core.. and if your dropping like 15-20 degress with the side off... then you need to reconsider your cooling system.. your internal temp should almost be constant if you have proper airflow through your box.
