Is this a good Zealer weapon?

Hey, just wondering if this is a decent Zealer weapon or if it would be good for something else?

If it had Fool's mod, it would be sooo godly. But it isn't good enough without it.

I wouldn't, it just has decent dmg for rare and ias, I would go as far to say it sucks.

rares can get up to 450% dmg... this thing has decent dmg but its speed makes it low-worthless. nope not a good zealer weapon. maybe use it for bosses?
