last time i checked you couldnt get +3 bow and crossbow skills on a rare. either thats changed and ive misunderstood or its a fake bow.

520%ed not realistic either when the highest mod is cruel which is 300%ed

Rares can have Cruel + Grandmaster mod, or sumtin like that. So base ed on that is 480, wich im preety sure can happen. 40/15 Wf is still better i think, cuz amp is bm. and those are some crAzY *** charms.. Whats ur damn dmg!

The Bow is fake. The most you ED you can have on a weapon with NO ATTACK RATING is 300%. Next time you make a weapon with ED over 300, make sure you have the right second dmg mod.

Also, you can only have +2 Bow on a rare. Only have +3 if it were magic or plain.

Lots of koreazons have an inventory full of 290's. I didn't find the full sc's a giveaway.

those arent 290s IF they're real, cuz 290s have all kinds of shapes. Blind i think ur right, i forgot to notice it had no AR so it could'nt have that much ed..
