cant log on

i havent been able to log onto bnet for more than a day now, it says that i dont have an internect connection when i do

i;ve tried re-installing, changing my ip,

can any1 help me or tell me whats going on

Do this to test if your internet connection is stable:

1. Go to RUN.
2. Type telnet useast.battle.net 6112 in the box.
3. Hit enter.
4. Hit the C key.
5. If it asks you for your user-name and password your connection is stable. If not, and it just closes, then your isp is the problem, all you can do is call them.

what if this works, but i still cannot log on? btw im on USWest would i have to enter something different in RUN?
