here is my theory u get all keys from countress summoner nikhaliton or w/e and u have to go to a specific spot i think transmute and theres a portal u go into that there will be uber meoh uber andy and uber izzual i think (basically 3 uber guys) then there will be 3 items from them and u go to another specific spot then transmute them in cube then you go to a place where lilith is and u defeat her and u get hellfire's torch!

What I've learned from the forums:

You use each of the keys to fight a different boss. Lilith, Uber Izual, and Uber Duriel. They each drop a "Prime Evil part" like Mephisto's Brain, Baal's eye, and Diablo's horn. You transmute the three Prime Evil parts and it opens a portal to Tristram where all three main bosses are waiting for you. Expect rape.

After they're dead, 1 Hellfire's Torch and a Standard of Heroes for every player drops. Standard of Heroes has a level 90 req. but no idea what it does.

Hellfire's Torch Large Charm
ilvl=110
Required Level=75
+8 to Light Radius
+ 10-20 All Resistances
+ 10-20 All Stats
+ 0-6 to [Random Skill]
Charged Skill Hydra lvl30 (10 charges)
25% chance to cast lvl 10 Firestorm (Diablo's Firestorm BTW.)

nice find about charm i did 35+ runs and only found 1 key i have bad luck

The three keys each go with a different boss. Not all of them are used for Lilith.

You transmute the keys and it opens portal for lilith, so where do you get baal's eye and meph's brain. Uber Izzy and Duriel I know, but where do you find them?

you need 3 sets of keys and each set should give u each item u need to get the charm

you got the level reqs wrong i think, i'm pretty sure its level 20 for normal baal, 40 for nightmare, and 60 for hell, could be wrong though

and where do you find the keys? from duriel, meph and those guys? or just random places?

i got all 3 keys, made portal, OWNED uber izual, got meph brain, i will TRY to post a .zip file including ALL the screenshots i took while owning him (the screens i took have comments so u understand)

now heres my SMALL guide to makin portal/ownin monsters

First of all, get ALL 3 KEYS /sumoner, nih, countess

SECOND ::go to -=ACT 5=- and Transmute ALL 3 KEYS toghether

THIRD ::a portal will open (im not sure if location/name varies)

FOURTH ::get in if u c PIT LORDS u will realise they are IMMUNE TO ALL EXCEPT MELEE so i suggest using a powerfull barb to own them.

FIFTH :: when u reach the boss, kill him, LOL just kidding, if u have a melee char it will be quite hard because PREVENT MONSTER HEAL DOES NOTHING and he heals LIKE A FREAKIN MANIAC, i suggest a INFINTY MERCED CS ZON (i owned him with mine)

Pickup what he drops and be happy

damn sounds tough, did blizz make it impossible to kill lilith with hammerdin even if I put an infinity on my merc? Does she absorb alot of magic dmg?

infinity doesnt reduce magic res i think

+ it isnt always lilith, i fought uber Izual (pain in my barbs a$$)
