yeh you got that right (i think), here are some things about the final battle:

-each of the bosses (baal, meph, diablo) are Uber so that makes them that more difficult to beat. Also meph has a conviction aura.
-before you step into the red portal go into worldstone lv.2 wp or somewhere else and have a barb give you the bo's. this is because once you step into that portal you'll be spending all of your time trying not to get yourself killed.
-once you step into the red portal that is created, you will most likely get attacked right away so be ready! also know that this red portal is your only way to get back you town if you need more pots (which you most likely will). because when you are in Tristram you CANNOT create your own town portals back to town.
-make sure you have plenty of strong characters, especially guys like smiters and barbs to help tank and destroy because sorc's are not going to be one of your stronger characters in general (check out that venoom lord if it helps give you a clue).
-be carefull of armies of bone skeletons and bone mages that will rise right out of nowhere to kill you. i beleive these guys are summoned by the 3 bosses, so as you kill each boss there will be less monsters created.
-after you kill the three bosses the goods will drop (one Hellfire Toch- unique large charm-, and also a Standard of Heroes for each person. it is good to go into this with a plan as to who will get the gc; after doing all this work to get it you don't want to become the hated one for yoinking the charm out of their grasp. whoever gets it should be nice to everyone else, and give them each an Infinity (thanx dyna lol)

Okay so I understand Countess and Sumoner but who is Ski?
Someone had told me it was Nihlithak, Sumoner and Countess in that order to get a key but that didn't sound right. Please for those of us that had to work all day and then come home and have to get rid of all hacks on computer and uninstall and re-install D2 because of D2 loader and couldnt find my cd key and show cd key didnt work anymore..... well, please give me the entire rundown on lilith, the keys and uber Trist. Info would be appreciated. Thanks

Keys, Artifacts and Special Bosses!

What we know is that there is three keys and three artifacts;

• Key of Terror (dropped by The Countess)
  
• Key of Hate (dropped by The Summoner)
  
• Key of Destruction (dropped by Nithalak)
  

• Diablo's Horn (dropped by Lillith)
  
• Mephisto's Brain (dropped by Uber Izual)
  
• Baal's Eye (dropped by Uber Duriel)
  

To get the keys, you need to kill each of the three keyholders (The Countess, The Summoner and Nithalak) and make them drop their key. When you got all three keys, put them in your cube and go to Act 5 and open a Pandemonium Portal, there is three different portals leading to these three places;

• Matron's Den (Hosts Lillith wich drops Diablo's Horn)
  
• Furnace of Pain (Hosts Uber Izual wich drops Mephisto's Brain)
  
• The Forgotten Sands (Hosts Uber Duriel wich drops Baal's Eye)
  

When you've gotten into everyone of these three places and killed their boss, you got all three artifacts. When you got them, you put them in your cube and creates an Uber Portal to a special version of Tristram, wich is populated by with an Uber Diablo that drops the Hellfire Torch that is a Large Charm with these stats;

• 25% chance to cast lvl 10 firestorm when stricking
  
• +3 to random character class skills (like +3 to amazon, +3 to sorc...)
  
• +10-20 to all atributes
  
• +10-20 to all resistances
  
• +8 to light radius
  
• lvl 30 hydra 10 charges<

as far as we know, yes it is a 100% chance of one of the three bosses dropping their respective artifact.

Man thats waay hard...Just got done doing one with my friends...What I dont get is the Standard of Heroes...That's kind of wierd...It has a lvl req but does nothing?

This patch is beyond amazing. It will transcend into the realms of "oh my god" and "holy shit". I'm so excited- most of all about this Uber Trist thing..

Now Uber Diablo isn't my only goal to solo I want to solo.. all of them. Dunno if it's possible. But I want to.
