Problem with D2 Loader 1.11

Well I can run Diablo II fine with out the CD using D2 Loader. But then once I enter b.net and try to join a game. I get 'Sorry guys we have a problem here' or soemthing around those lines. Then I tried with out using D2 Loader and I didn't get the problem. Could anybody give me a way to fix this? Thanks.
