D2 Loader wont work

Im using the D2 v1.11 loader i have the v1.11 patch installed and everything and i went to use the new loader and an error came up..

"hey guys, we have a big problem here "

and i have no clue whats wrong, please help

did u extract the d2 loader in the d2 directory?

yes, it didnt replace orginal exe

and i tried the -w paremiter
and i tried putting the music and video files from the CD in the directory

i've tried just about anything i can think of and i'm still getting the error, the game doesnt even start

there might be a virus, but i doubt it if u d/led it off this site. other than that i've never had problems when i used to use it. u should scan it just to be sure

if u was usen d2loader in 1.10 u needa reinstall d2 and start new then do this

How to use:
1. Enter into your diablo2 directory.
2. For more security, make a backup of your exe file (copy to a folder).
3. Paste and replace Diablo II.exe file with existing.

To play without cd you must copy "D2XVIDEO.MPQ" and "D2XMUSIC.MPQ" to your Diablo II directory.

so i reinstalled, replaced exe, put the two .mpq files from CD

and i go into the directory and double click on the new exe file and it gives me the error :mad:
also i downloaded the v1.11 loader from here, so i have no clueee

lol yes u do need 1.111 patch for 1.11 d2loader to work right

amg...the game runs, but when i try to create or join a game on battle.net it freezes...this happenin to any of you?

The d2loader thats posted on the front page of DIIS has no trojans or any software of that nature right? Just making sure because after patch 1.11 cant trust anything yet :/, but then again evrything else i got off this site always came up clean for me

what i did i had my old v1.10 d2 loader in my d2 directory and i just extracted the new d2loader and just ran that exe and it works

yes i did it exactly x_x...i've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling and d/ling to v1.11 patch and then patching it so i don't have any v1.10 plugins or whatever and then i copied the stuff from expansion disc...and the game works fine..but when i create or join a game on battlenet, the game freezes x_x...so yeh i wanna play..>_>

Now my loader wont work again :blank: i get this error : The program cant start because STORM.DLL dont exist :confused:

I have a problem as well. When I try to open mine, nothing happens. It starts to load for a second then stop. Any suggestions?

um... i deleted my d2loader but i had to reinstall diablo2 for other reasons. Do i need a v1.10 first before i can get v1.11? I have been getting probllems using new downloaded loaders and stuff too.

After you uninstall just go into Program Files and delete the Diablo II folder all together, then reinstall should be fine, shouldn't need any previous patches either.
