I have a lvl 92 Smiter on what was as of aug 7th us east sc ladder -

Name ~ Soulz_Revenge

On this build I have 2 sets of gear Pvm and PVP

~ pvm gear ~ ( uber tristing gear )

Helm ~ P kiras Guard ( upd ) socketed with 15% is 15% res all Jewel - ( ur wondering why im useing a kiras !!!! O_o well ill explain ...... its called having a res stack and uber meph has this annoying little aura called conviction which i cant stand being affected by.
after testing with a friend who runs Foh pally i can stand within his little lvl 35 convic aura and have it affect me 0 % !!! hehehe )

Ammy ~ P maras ( 30% res but any will do really )

ringz ~ sorbing is a friend of mine useing either Praven / dwarf / soj /bk (if im wanting + skill)

belt ~ 38 / 15 verdungos mith coil

gloves ~ Drac's grasp / Crafted glvs ( 10% cb 20% ias 12str 11 dex 3 % ll )

Boots ~ 198% ed up'd Gore riderz

Armor ~ 915 def Coh archon plate

Weapon ~ Grief Phase blade !@ 399 added damage 38% ias -24% enemy poison res

Shield ~ E Exile ( zakarum 1001 def ) better chance to block and best ave smite damage

( alternate shield is 44 res Pheonix ( vortex ) for redemption / since you cant leech unless uve life taped + it has a nice fire storm effect @ -30 % enemy fire res along with the +3 pally hell fire torch on me the fire i spout actually incinerates monsters within its path )

alt switch = 6 bo cta + spirit

charms ~

Sc ~ Anni 19 / 16 / 10% exp

Lc ~ hell fire torch +3 pally skill 19 all attri / 16 all res

Lc ~ 6x 8% fhr 20-30 Lifers

Rest are 20 life scs some with res mods some with out : /

ive soloed the Uber Triplets 5 times so far dieing the first time due to me running in there w/o battle orders and thinking it would be a cake walk to take all 3 @ once lol... silly wrabbit ...

after my folly of running in with out a clue I used some stratagy... ie camping / slow tactical advancement

all further attempts of the uber triplets were futile... resulting in a 3 minute game and 3 dead corpses ( 3 mintutes was the fastes i beat them )

Sutitle changes only ~

Helm ~ 2 os Coa 25 / 12 socketed with 2 rare jewels 7% fhr -15% req +8 all res / 15% ias 11 all res jewel

rings ~ 2x Bk

Gloves ~ Crafted / ( 10% cb 20% ias 12str 11 dex 3 % ll )

This build has served me well \Hurley altough others may not agree with my choices of items / charms. I refer them all to my god given right ! Freedome to express my own opinion

i think its quite good. the best exile to my knowledge would be a buged sacred targe exile (lowest def, but when bugged gets up to 1280 def, BEST BLOCKING (www.battle.net/daiblo2exp) BEST AVERAGE SMITE DMG (by 0.5 dmg more lol) EXTREMLY LOW STR REQ (89)

DO NOT use guillaumes in a pvm, it really sux, simply use berbercoa, with good res if possible

if u really wanna PWN the ubers, wear draculs, life tap is a MUST (ur litterealy immortal with it =)

if ur res is too low, try double raven spirals, or if u want more vita, always use double ravens as they give 13dex each, so thats 26 less base dex and 26 more base vita

PREVENT MONSTER HEAL DOES NOTHING TO IZUAL, DURIEL, LILITH, THE PRIMEVILS
so dont use mal stormlash, try greif zerk, or if ur low on ias, greif pb

as u can see, the pb has 30% ias more without any mods, and best of all U NEVER GOTTA FIX IT :laugh: (smite uses weapon dura)


all the rest seems good, the guy who posted before me has a very good anti-primevils build, try that one if this one gives u doubt

as you can see, the phaseblade is indestructable... faster then the zerker, and it has an amazing 30% ias already on it...

thats all great for pvp except for one thing.. its range sucks...
which means... if you use a phase blade grief and i use a zerker grief, i will have the same ias bp as you... , also, i will hit you first every time because i have a bigger range. meaning, i will win every time, since smite is a 1 hit ko move with the right equipment.

as for pvm, yes the zerker is annoying to repair since it costs a lot, just carry a few orts in ur cube and u can instantly repair it for free.

how do u reach bp with a zerk? i hear that ias from fanact goes beyond bp.. ne way i made a mistake, sacred targe has 76str req when ethreal (i use a 1.2k def one)

with pb greif u dont need more ias items so u can make room for other things, and since its so fast when life tap is cast u should hit more so heal more (pvm of course)

i dunno for pvp but if u can reach bp with zerk than it should be better (and for range just charge then smite)

and about range.. ur hitting with sheild so it shouldnt really matter, unless its stupid like the durability system and it does :p
