Mousepad Beta 1.11?

I heard someone talking about that a beta was released for "special" people. I looked through some torrent sites, and found this. I dl'd it, scanned it, and it came out clean, but I'm too ***** to run it. I'm not sure how to upload it, and where do I email it?
