ban only temp?

hey its the day after 36 000 accounts were banned i went on to bnet and looked at the news and sure enough there was this message about the bannings near the top of the article it says this..

We have just closed more than 36 000 accounts for cheating on battle.net. More than 28 000 cd keys tied to these accounts have been disabled from realm play on battle.net for more than one month, and more than 3 000 cd keys have been permanently disabled from realm play due to repeat offences...

in the second sentence "More than 28 000 cd keys tied to these accounts have been disabled from realm play on battle.net for more than one month..." i thought it meant that we may get or cd keys back, but my friend seems to trhink that we will get our cd keys and our accounts back, what do u guys think?

well i think that most may get there keys back, but if u want ur account back then ur shit out of luck. theres nothing else to really say about that one lol.

yea battle-net arnt really all that bad, most ppl will get them back, unless like it says your a repeat offender, eg u'v been caught with mh, or whateva b4 ...

lol what does it mean by repeat offender? logged on several times and used the map hack? I think the accounts were banned permenantly, and all but 3000 of the cdkeys were banned temporarily

repeat offence would be like in the past you have been detected by battlenet a few times, and just given a 48 hour ban or somthing, they just check your record.. and see if u been detected of hacking b4.
