Well "mf'ing" is a no-brained answer along with "trade for one" If you want to invest the time with numerous Nightmare Andy runs, then she's your ticket to an SOJ(s). NM Andy has the best chance to drop unique amulets and rings, although the amulets will consist of Nokozan Relics and Mahim Oak Curio's and the rings will not exceed an SOJ.

nonladder soj's are pretty ez to get i think(sense theres alot of duped sojs out there or was) try tradin something cheap like a buriza or cheap titans(good buriza may hit like 1-2 sojs im not sure ima losey trader)

as for ladder.... i have no damn clue. :p
