The little pink furry thing, or "Maromi", is a doll created by the daughter of the Chief of Police (or later ex-chief/trash collector). Maromi symbolizes hope and happiness (I think thats what they say) for the people in general (think, furby craze).

Little slugger was also an invention of the daughter. When her puppy is run over due to her negligence, she makes up a story about how she was attacked for her father, and somehow "creates" little slugger who then becomes a force of his own chasing down and attacking people who are backed into emotional corners.

At the end the daughter, Chief, and Maromi enter some kind of delusional world, and the epidemic of little slugger goes out of control, becoming some kind of blob that starts sucking up everything... at the end, the chief's wife sort of wakes him up, and there's a big chase where everybody gets sucked into the little slugger blob... the girl relives her experience when the dog gets killed, apologizes, and little slugger just kind of vanishes. hurray! I guess.

Boy oh boy...

Although it keeps my number of posts low, I normally try and NOT open my mouth when I only have nothing to say... but, really, what the ever loving heck? Whats with the quoting me and then following that with several elipsis and not actually saying anything? I didn't spoil the show, it's over. If you're upset about that, don't read threads that are meant to EXPLAIN THE SHOW. I have a better idea. after I post this, i'll try my darnedest you get you a spiffy warn me for spam rating.

Just because I hate having a useless post, i'll correct it now..

I believe I've outlined most of the relevant information to "Paranoia Agent" in my post. Most of the beginning of the show is merely a buildup of characters and a plot-line, otherwise, they have no show. I don't know all the facts, so if you have any further questions, I recommend directing them to HokageIzlude, he seems more knowledgable on the intimates of the show. But before you post, please check this page and the previous for Hokages' and my sysopsis'... I believe all questions should be answered by those two posts.

For the record, I think the intro with the people chuckling is frickin' awesome.

I can't belivieve this thread is still up here!!!!! I tried to quit diablo2 and sector a few weeks ago and do so well owed summer homework very quickly and this was here. The answer to the question was answer like 10-15 posts ago. lol it's cause everyone loves the show so much they have to keep it up^_^ . But no seriously thats impressive this has been up for a long time and it's weird.
