no you cant and my friends found this out the hard way, you can only have ladder runewords if they were already MADE on ladder but you cannot make them on non ladder

wow there was already a thread like this and i will say it again. NO YOU CAN NOT MAKE A LADDER RUNEWORD IN NONLADDER BECAUSE IT IS A LADDER RUNEWORD AND YOU ARE IN NONLADDER. do you get it?
