well i kinda figured out how, using the bot then just pausing it, but i was thinking that it put the block only infron od things you wanteed the bot to pick up, so then you could see the things that you wanted and pick em up without reading the titles

No, it marks all items, then the bot reads their name to check if you actually want them.
