yea i also think there will be another patch eventually..probably not for a year or 2 though. i doubt theyd have you find something in 1.11 and have it not usable till 1.12 though

i have heard when the new patch comes out they give to skills or stats but that is just a rumor ive heard and i also heard the new patch is comin in like 6 months but also another rumor

Yes! I am the first one to say this... well what I think it does, is increases the chance of keys to drop from countess, summoner, and nihilthak.

I always ran the countess, ive probably done about 50 runs, then my friend gave me an SOH and told me it would increase key dropping chances, so I quickly ran the countess and she dropped a key on the next run. Luck? could be, but I dont know. Then I gave his SOH back because it was his only one.

PS: I have a lvl 90 hammerdin, does 10k hammer damage, how hard would it be for me to kill the uber trists. I have never faced them or uber d or any of the 3key portal bosses.

i got an 88 hammerdin doing 11k and i cant hurt the ubers. Specially memph he kills me in like 2 hits. The others i can just keep em busy while my friend with smiter kills em. I dont think ud be able to take em down by urself

just one thing to add for the gem thing in the chat..... in the first days of diablo 2 when it first came out it gave out clues to a secret level known as the secret cow lvl and about an uber boss and how you could find him by selling sojs *Uber Diablo* So that gemn did have a function but since everyone knows about it now ther e is no need to put any programing into the gem and the hints disapeared if i remember correctly with the installation of the first update.

Ok... this is one troll I'll feed... this information is pure inane BS, 200 proof... since Uber D didn't exsist until later (I think it was so late as 1.10, wasn't it? If not, 1.09 at the latest) so a reference to uber D in the first version is utter crap. He was created as a way to get rid of excess SOJ's made by duping *in previous versions* get your facts straigt then return... or don't... either suits me fine.

P.S. the SoH HAS to do something, unlike the gem... since the SOH takes up space server side, the gem doesn't... I don't see blizz increasing itemcount for an item that does nothing.

agreed...they also wouldnt have a lvl req for an item that doesnt do anything

it does nothing...it just means that you killed the ubers and blizz thinks that you should be around lvl 90 to beat them. thats gotta be what it is.
