Best skills/item layout for MF Sorc? :confused:

EDIT: or if u dont want all cold incase of immunes go with meteorb.
orb or fb minions and meteor bosses.

IMO... the best build for an MF sorc is a Blizz / Chain Light build.. there are few monsters in the game that are immune to both cold and light... However, to make them bi-elemental you do sacrifce some damage.. Therefore i reccomend building ur MF sorc per the following.

Ice bolt- 10
Ice Blast- 10
Spike- 20
Blizz- 20

that will give you a pretty good blizz... about 1.8k with good gear.
for the light side

20 into chain and regular light.. thats it.. ull run about a max of 1.9K again with ur light attack


if you can afford it.. a tank merc helps a ton.. this will make you almost unstoppable.. My sorc is built this way. and my merc uses eth BOTDCB, eth Glad Bane, and Eth Halber.. and he dishes just over 3k... and you wont find very many monsters that are Phys, cold and light immune.. so its a good setup

1.8k is a garbage blizz.. ur supposed to atleast have 3-4k.

best skilles for a mf sorc would have to be blizz wit some fire imma say fireball and blizz

yea.... but having a 3 or 4 k blizz is useless when you encounter a Cold immune... thats why if you go bi-elementalist.. you do about half the damage but dont have to worry about a cold immune... its worked perfectly for me for over a year.. but if you see it differently.. to each his own!

its good to see your back ootf... but your a long ways off on what to use...


people.. try searching the sorceress guides for the best builds... even i put one in there but its a bit expensive.... now... all you need is godly gear on a blizz sorc and a super merc for cold immunes.
