Whats the point of having an ip ban or realm down for an extended amount of time. Botters usually arent at their computer when they get rd, so they cant start the bot up again. I suggest blizzard just kick them off for 5 mins so they stop botting. That way everyone else could get right back on... what do you think? I know there are some problems with this but it would make life easier for most of us.
Edit: I meant that when the people who are actually doing runs or mfing get realmed down while they are playing.

what are you talking about? When you get realm down, its only for you, not everyone, and same goes with temp ip bans.

idk what the hell this guy is talking about.. but to make this into a semi-usefull thread... i think that Blizz needs to re-evaluate their Temp ip / Rd bans... first of all I dissagree from the persective of; if you are sitting at your computer. physicly controlling the character... you should be able to do whatever you want... even "botting". if you wanna jump from game to game every 10 sec.. why should blizz stop you?? now am i saying that every1 should be able to bot? NO!! but @ the same time.. when im sitting there running Andy or something to that effect.. and i get booted and Rd'd when i was playing the game legitly... that p!sses me off and i feel that gamers should be allowed to do as they wish as long as they are controlling the character.

well, with botting and cheating the system, why wouldnt blizz take any chance they get to stop botters. Its not their fault we bot.

no but now turn the tables.. you have paid for a copy of the game.. and then when you are legitly playing that game.. they are going to kick you off... ip ban / rd or even Cd key ban you for playing the damn game... no where in the Rule Bible that blizz now has.. does it ever mention anything about not being allowed to jump from game to game... or switch from char to char.. and then you get booted for something that isnt a legit reason to ban you.. it just irritates me that there are people that sit down and play the game.. but do runs.. and do them without cheating... but then get a boot in their @$$ because.. they joined more that 13 games in an eight minute time window.. that is retarded
