make a barb. barbs own. or if you want you can make a sorc. the possibilities are endless with all the builds skills etc. just experiment

open? Sorc. use hi mana meditation aura and energy shield test with Dmg to mana and telikineses lvls its PA and u cant be hurt by smite or anything else other than psn and open wounds .. try it its wonderfull

lol **** open. open is just when your bored n wanna test shyt out. on closed, i wud say make a barb or a necro if u got nice gear. sorcs are bad for duels if u dont da rite gear 4 em. lik Ajs said: there plenty of builds. if your duel, go for tank/ skill gear. (enigma, CoA, gf, deaths web, etc. ) btw, necros r crazy in 1.10.... bnet shud balance them = ) jus saying. ( oyea i meant BnP, mostly bonespirit n spear )

i agree open sucks.. closed is the best. i dont really like necros, but i havent really played with them so i wouldnt know. barbs i still believe are the best, and always will. the 1.10 patch really killed zons, so i dont use them anymore. everytime blizzard tries to make the game "better" with a patch, they mess something else up. every patch goes after a different charecter.

i dont see y ppl like barbs so much....... ive made several high lvl barbs since .01 and have had more fun with just 2 brand new .01 pallys i made and those were a zeal/fanta/holysheild pally and a FoH pally. im still gonna make a hammerdin in a few days. pretty much all u can do with barbs is make a whirlwind barb er sumthing like that. unless u can make a botd axe, sword and muals are way better choice and unless u get ik set, the mual is pretty much worthless compared to sword. and even then a perfect sword barbarian couldnt compete with a good zeal/fanta pally. sry for dissin on barbs so much, i just cant see y ppl like em......... cept that u can use two 2-handed swords, thats kinda nice.

sunfire, you said you made new v0.1 chars?? care to share with me how you were able to play that version? Id love more than anything to just play around on some low versions like 01, 07, 08, and maybe 09. I think i have a pretty good idea though, but it might require b.net to update it! lol... help me out here!

as for making a character: i dont care what you make. pally is easiest, barb easy+fun, and play the game through every quest. before you go pking people id suggest getting some good gear first (this is based on if your a noob to the game, ). Otherwise, if you have the gear then go for whatever u want.

basically the point i was tryin to make was that if ur new to the game, dont try to make a pker cuz 290's are still out there and being duped like mad, just 10 of those is nearly 3000 psn dmg... and good items with good poison resists dont come along too often. so if u had 40 290's that would be 11,600 psn dmg... no way ur gonna survive that shit =)

lol man duel evilevan_Dc i think thats his name.. heck he can drop anyone with his aura.. i think my char survived umm 6 hits from his aura and i had sum uber resist setup.. just saying.. i dont RALLY think 99 skill sorcy is gonna take out me or aynone thats smart with open. . . . not maybe if u throw sum PA (physiacl absorb) i posted how to do it and maybe sum pierce and masteries u may beable to kill sum pubbys but really spells dont kill.. its normally somthign stupid .. like this i killed a 1.09er with a monster skill.. as far as i know of mon skills do no dmg.. sooo how can i kill him? it was a fualt in 1.09 read only files they take dmg from SOME mon skills.. lmao

Necros suck in both open and closed.....if u see a necro in a open game and claim tat he's god.....u got another winning battle coming ahead....

yea they do cuz about the best they have is psn nova and it dont hurt shit with good poison resist.

The only way i fight in open is smite.....(main attack)if not i use charge and FOH.....(trayne taught me this)
