woah thats cool lol oh and yeah you can fit up to 16 tp's in your belt but that would require the entire first row too, and we can see he has pots there so the max he could contain would be 12 maybe its on open and one of the charms is actualy the tome

its not screwd up and its easy to explain he had a tome with 16 tps in it then he made a cow game and tried to make a tpit says you have tps but it cannoy cast them because they are in your cube or have been used to make a cow game simple give it a try

its just a glitch in the game that was never patched it happens from time to time, by puttin like a tomb from ur inventory into ur stash while having scrolls in ur inv, or sumtin of that sort, its really weird happened to me a couple of times, if u buy a new tomb with 20 scrolls it will say u have 36 tps and u will not be able to cast a tp by using a hotkey, u must right click the tomb itself and u can only use 20 of them, it will stop again at 16 tps, i dun remember what i did to fix the problem, all i kno is it drives me nuts

i do or used to in dueling when i was too far out and was too lazy to go back to tele/run becasue of low mana or dieing so i put tps in my belt and mmy inventory was filled too
