about the looter who gives a damn i bet this is a bit late but who gives a damn and the people who shot at the heli *** them new orleans is dead and should be left that way due to the fact that by the time the water is pumped out the areas affected will need to be burned anyways to ensure the area is clean of any viral outbreaks, the people who r still there leave them there its there choice to live there not the gov or the army to force them out, just telll them the risks and leave. they made there choice and they will live with it.
