cause movement slows down while frame rates stay the same so it seems like everything is a little bit clearer and there are no blurs so all details are well preserved and slowed down so the eye can catch it easier

i guess becasue it allows u to pick up things that you would normally miss.. See every movement. Especially in skate videos, slow motion tricks just look insane.

Well even acting in slow motion looks cool, try walking in slow mo, its funny as hell, and do it around people you dont know they freak out.

When im in an disco and they turn on the fast lighnning lights its the same effect like slow-motion. Everything start moving verry slow nad it crumbles u from the inside ... the feeling is great. Also u think that u have time to think about everything u start smileing and staff... Offcours the effect is better when u are drunk. But i think that the most important which make it look cool is that u see some things which u cant see in other conditions

strobe lights do make things look like theyre in slow mo, my friends and i used to have fun jamming in the dark with a REALLY fast strobelight drunk hahahah i miss norway...
