I've had my permit since June, and assuming all goes well and I pass the test I'll be driving in November. Today I was going to go on the freeway for the first time. Slightly nervous, I had decided to take the back road to the nearest town and then take the freeway back. As I'm speeding up a hill I noticed a louder-than-usual noise coming from the car. A few minutes later I pull over, and to everyone's utter disbelief, a flat tire! A small nail driven right through the wheel. About 15 minutes later we get the spare on, and of course, being a typical parent, my mom takes control of the car and drives home

I swear someone is out there keeping me from learning to drive. And when I find them..




..I'll run them over!
