When I was a kid, before there were paintballs, we used bottle rockets dipped in chalk line chalk. One team would use red, one team would use blue. Not quite as high tech as your rig.

I use the word "mint" all the time when refering to the quility or condition of something usually a object but it works just as well with instances and activities i guess.
