how did he make it with the hero editor it was unbelieveable it had +248 holy shock when equipped and +248 prayer when equiped it was NOX helm but it was crazy i tried to make one like it but the game just automatically set it back to +31

it has to be. yeah ts possble to that on open my frend had- mana and - health lol his attacks did negatve (-) dmg and his skills were crazy

You can socket an item have the jewels with +28 or w/e highest is to the skill make the jewel an ith and add another +28 (although it doesnt show it, its still there) you can also edit the items code itself and make it have more then three sockets allowing you to add many jewels with +max to a skill. e-z p-z lemon squeezy
