game keeps crashing at startup

i'm a hardware guy not a software and that kinda stuff guy, i don't know how to do to much shit on the comp itself if u could help me thru that

k hit the start button on the bottom left, then on the right half of it should be an icon labeled control panel. click on the icon and it will bring up a new window. in the new window click on user accounts. it should have a pic of 2 ppl as the icon. once you click on that it will open a new window with all the accounts on your computer at the bottom. find urs and click on it, then click on the button change my accoun type. at the top it will have limited and comp admin. click on the button next to comp admin then click change account type at the bottom, then try and run d2. hope it works ^^
