question about inserting sig image

OK this is my first sig that foog has made me i not sure if there is a thread with a answer to my question i have been looking for a hour so plz help me.

ok so i got the htt:/ address and i want to user/cp and went to edit sig ok i typed in the image and all that came up was a white box with a x what do i need to do now to get sig to show picture? as you can see i got the avatar to work fine but sig is a little harder for me

type [IMG] in your signature, and then copy the whole link. then type [/IMG] and save it.
