You don't really need 1024 gb of ram for a 2.4 ghz processor though. I would'nt worry about any higher then 512 till i got atleast a 3 ghz one.
128 mb radeon graphics card
a 80 gb and a 40 gb hard drive
Amd athlon 2400 ~ 2 GHz
512 ram

Right, and I'm Santa Clause, Easter Bunny and Jesus. There isnt a chip on the market that would reach that speed from AMD. Now a Intel...that would be believable.

Edit: I guess it's kinda hard to tell, but that's a link.

Ya. But I DOUBT he has a cascade evap cooler. 3ghz is believable with a promi or vapo but 4ghz with one of those I just couldn't see happening and thats the only other "home" solution for extreme cooling....that I know of.

Deadlyy-Guy Wrote:oh yeah and for the water cooled guy my fans keep mine at a constant 41C even when playing HL2 Yeah, but this is in an 80F room, and with a processor(according to reviews) runs a little hot unless you get watercooling, or more fans. Incase your wondering, the reviews i read about it said stuff like be careful with this chip if you dont know how to keep it cool. And what i mean by full load....isnt really full load......seeing as running HL2 and D2 at the same time still doesnt use 100% of the processor.
and: the ONLY fans on this are the case fans, 2 in front, 1 in the top and back...there are no fans whatsoever on the water block or the water tower
