7/10 for both brushing is decent and colouring and text is good and render blended nicely

but render looks pixelated = bad put more depth into your brushing and lower the blur on the first sig

but it s a good start you will get better
PS: pyro i wonder how many time your sig is going to be rated lol

and frog, im not sure how to make it unpixelated - as for the depth of brushing, should i use more contrasting brushes?

I don't ask for my sig to be rated, it is my current sig. I no longer make sigs because my 30-day trial ps cs2 ran out. And I failed at obtaining a cracked version. Other than the one time when foog responded, I haven't asked for a rating.

To unpixelate it, get the full-size image and try not to make it much larger than that. And check out the tutorial section on how to blend renders, if there isn't one, pm me and I'll make one.

Basically do what everyone else said. The brushing isn't bad, I don't particularly like the font. But mostly work on the render. 6.5/10

I like the second one better, it looks more real. The second one is too saturated.

fm- nice bg, render blended fairly nicely . not too fond of the manipulation though, doesnt look clean

btw, on my sig - i actually decreased the size of the original render
does that just mean the render was bad?

as a rule, stay away from manipulation until you're really good at photoshop- as a new user, you don't have as much versatility and options.

glock when your all pixilated like that it usually means your getting your renders at 72 dpi, all pictures you get off the internet will be at 72 dpi. the standard for the industry is 300 dpi. you can get pictures to download from most any FTP site. some cost money some dont. so try that and you should have higher quality renders to start out with. also im not sure if your saving it as a jpg or not. if so that can also mess with the quality. every time you open then save a jpg it loses a lot of quality. try tif or a non degrading file format like that.

Frogman- The overall sig is pretty good. The only problem is, that the brightness of the render is so high it contrats the rest of the sig and it doesn't flow like your current.

LOD- not bad for your first. Beats the H*** out of mine. Work on the clarity of the text, and look up some of the tutorials on adding a render. I surely hope those aren't defaults. Definitly go to the DA adress Glock gave you and download some more. But nice try on your first. Welcome to graphics!!!!!!!
