Level Advice on Act 3

I'm kind of a noob. I just got Diablo 2 over this last weekend (booo) and I just wanted to know what level you guys were when you got to Act 3. I am only level 22 and I just got to Act 3 and haven't done any quests. Is this a problem? Should I be a higher level?

When i get to act 3 im usally lvl 22-25.

ok so I'm not in bad condition then

nope you're in good condition. you should get someone that's high level to make cows in normal and then you just leech experience off them. its a fast way to get exp and you don't need to have finished normal to do it either because they are the ones making the cow level.

other ways for quick exp are arcane runs, trav runs, diablo runs, and baal runs

yo final mage you what realm u play on and ladder or non ladder?

since ure lvl 22.....u should try to train at cow lvls.....unless u dont wanna depend on others...
