temp realm restriction?

ok so every once in a while i get a message saying "you have been temporarily restrcted from this realm. please try to log on at another time." its no big deal as i can usually reconnect within ten minutes or so. im just wondering why this happens and if theres a way to prevent it because its kind of annoyingconfused:

You have created too many games in a short period of time. Generally you can make up to 20 an hour, but once you get a temp ban it seems to shorten.

Yes questor is right but all i do is restart my pc and reconnect and then i am back in business(company uses dynmaic ip addressing)
