Hero Editor wont load

I have downloaded the latest version of hero editor several times and all the system files for it. When I click on it, it try's to load for a while then it does nothing can anyone help. I have downloaded it from this site and various other and all are the same.

if its v0.82 then thats the most recent.

to run v0.82 you have to have v0.8 installed cuz v0.82 is just an add-on to it.

I have downloaded Hero Editor V0.80 for V1.10 (and V1.09D) from this site and didnt even see the version ur talking about. Also I tried Version 7 and it did exactly the same thing.

Sorry I seen Hero Editor Version v0.82 guese I didnt look down far enough but that isnt the one I downloaded.

No one can help? I would realy like to use it. My Friend has it and I like the item editor for it. I see 35 views and only one reply.

Nothing at all. When I click on it i can here my computer trying to load it, and a hour glass appears. After like 10 secs it stops and nothing happens.
