Oh, and I have no idea how much I bench. I don't have any weights for my weight set, so I can't really give a number.

Yeah, even 10 pounds can make a huge differance. You can go from doing 15 reps no problem to choking yourself with the bar.

I would'nt be suprised, there is a girl at our school who looks like the average person, her arms arent big or anything, she wieghs I'm guessing ~130. But she benches like 190. Screwed up huh?
And the way I see it, if somone has to lie on the internet to people he will probably never meet face to face just so that he can feel better about himself, then in the end he cannot be brought down any more by critisism. Not saying Immortal is lieing.

115 KG is another thing. Oh, and You don't bench with Your arms, but with Pecs (**** in girls' case). Arms play a minor role.

im 5'7 190pds bench about 180 minimum i thinkfirst time benched was last year so i havnt had much work on weightlifting but i haver strong legs as well as a freshman on lesspress i did a 500pds 50reps at 14 years old (football player) kinda need strong legs being 5'7 190pds whne everyone else is like 6 something over 250 pds and u paly offensive line but i also play lb and d line

im definately a lot stronger now but i really dont want to know how much i can bench

wow i thought i was tough =/ im 15 and if i've eaten well a few hours before benching i can do 135 about 6X full pressing (touching the chest and back up full extention) (im like 190 or more centimeters, 160-170 pounds, havent checked recently) i do it 10X if im at like 10 cm from chest. i look really skinny and its funny cuz im much stronger than most weaklings in my school who take me for granted. Latest remark was my gym teacher saying 135 was too heavy and i shouldnt do it... these Canadian schools are building weaklings. And one question, whats the Usualy weight of a BP bar? i heard 45pds but i wanna make sure.
and thanks to whoever started this thread u've just motivated me to Re-Start training

umm its usually 45 or 15.. u can tell, depending on how easily u can lift it.. and your gym teachers SHOULD know the weights.

I'm 6'1", 150ish pounds, and I haven't the slightest idea how much i can bench. The last time I did it was in gym during 8th grade. But if it helps my cause, I can do a several full body push-ups (I think that's what theyre called) with no problems.

But for real, I can get up to about 145, I weigh like 115 which is weak considering Im a Freshman, the strongest Freshman in my grade that I've seen so far can bench 210

i wiegh about 120kg = 264 pounds
and i bench 140kg = 309 pounds about
my most impressive is my legs i can leg press 380kg = 837 pounds
why? = i was the loose head prop for my rugby team

Really? I thought it was your tricepts (the mucle below your bicept)

Don't know what I can do now, but my best was 435lb bench at 260lbs at a meet about 15 or 16 years ago. But that was with a double layer denim bench shirt, so probably around 400 without the shirt.

6'2" @ 180 lbs - Can lift at least 100lbs.
No upper body strength, it all ran south to my legs!
I could leg press about 300lbs 10 times 2 years ago, haven't tried recently. Leg muscle has gotten quite a bit smaller due to the fact that I don't play soccer anymore (or any sports for that matter.)
