damn i remember posting in this thread like a year ago, well from 168 5'9" benching 180 im at 200 5' 10" benching 225 i dont think thats too much of a improvement, need to shed some fat >_<

i cant bench for shit
45's each side maybe 2-3 times

That's like 130 I think. The bar I used counted as 40 in itself so yeah. If you are looking to tone up, do less weight but more times. Looking to bulk up, use more weight less times. Really though, it is just a number. It is meaningless in itself. What working out is really about is staying in good physical condition. It takes work, but I find it a fun and enjoyable way to spend my time.
You can run....but you'll just die tired.
