Hate to break it to you bud, but I'm guessing he was about to jack $50 from you. Any real dupe method would be worth hundreds because of the money you could make from it. If I were you I would be happy you made the right choice and don't regret it.

I don't think he was scamming me because he wanted money through paypal and he offered a refund and free item if it didn't work. Also he showed he 20 3/20/20s and he sold them legitly to sum1 else who joined the game. Idk if I should try to make this investment, or ebay/google it until I find something better.

its not a third party program its a loophole in blizzard that hasnt been patched yet

If so would it be worth 25$(i can get a refund if it doesn't work so I don't see why trying it would hurt)

You won't get a refund from PayPal for 'services'. Only physical goods can get refunds, and only then after a lot of work.

actually getting a refund is actually quite easy, all you do is file a complaint and within 10 days they either give you a refund or something else idk
