new layer select parts of yr sig then go edit fill with pattern of a 1pixel dot and set layer to overlay,

acid freak need to get to deviant art and dl some new ps brushes, not a bad start u need to work on brushing, colour and a border

hey everyone this is my frist sig.. the only question i have is how come my colors get all faded away and arent as bright as when the image is open in photoshop? well anyway here it is.

1. did you save it as a jpg?
2.do new layer, immage>apply immage, gussian blur to 3.5-4.0, set to over lay or soft light

gj on it tho, i would have made it a 350x150 tho and make the render a lil bigger

its better, but don't put any layers on exclusion,or something that gives it that embossed look, colour is better and brushing, don't like border 4/10 now start working on blending of render

3/10 acid.. i dont like that emoss look of the whole sig, i think you can use some better brushes for the backround and i think the boarder could be better, if i may add there are plenty of tuts on how to make sigs you should check it out since your new to it an everything

i need work on the text confused: any1 have any good tuts for text

thank you very much for the info guys , i read the tuts and everything but i like bright bold color and everyone uses darker color so i jsut try to inhance it to my likeing

Use blending effects by right-clicking the text layer. Or change the order around, play with it above&below the coloring/ birghtness, etc. layer

Uber--I don't like the text, and the color isn't really attractive. PLus the background could be more defined. But the rest is fine. 6/10

Acid- Blend the render, and lower some of the contrasting layers. I'm not sure bright purple is really very good. but you're new and should improve. You should join our sister site, gfxsector.

I actually sort of like this one, however FIX the border, ugly as fvck. You should (this is a very pro step, which I believe is done in my RYU sig, view it through my portfolio ) and make the text ends look like wiring , and fit into the wires around it. (make an S and use the distort tool)

Other than that, I like it.

so im defently get on that tom, seeing as how its 1.17 and i get tot wake up for school in oh about 5 hours so now that im going blind from looking into a comp screen in the dark i bid you all adu, also do you have a link for a tut on the s wiring part, cuz im sure i could figure it out but that would take this thing i call work and well i dont do that, its y i got fired!
