Are you sure setup.exe is clean?
To temporarily (or permanently if you want to) disable the windows AV, hit start>>control panel>>security center and there should be something like 'Virus protection' that you can turn off.

You could try clicking the Windows Firewall and turning that off for a minute. I forgot how to disable the virus protection, sorry. Just try turning off the firewall for a sec though, it might work.

Yep, that worked for me, the windows firewall sucks pretty much, control panel>system, or sum like that>firewall

How to turn off the Windows AV (in pictures!)
It says firewall, but if you scroll down you can see where you can turn off the AV as well.

Do you mean in the pictures, or when you try to do it on your friend's computer? If the later, try logging in as Administrator (if not already), and see if you can change it.

I'm trying to figure it out on mine, not going to bother on hers until I can figure it out, turning the Firewall off does nothing, and I can't see how if possible to turn off Virus Protection

Are you sure that you have the Windows AV? What does the screen to turn off the firewall look like?

It's the exact same thing as the screenshots in the link...
