ok well i tryed to trade my torch this guy said he had pics he sen thtme into .exe i dont htink i opened but i scanned and it siad jokes and other stuff so would it be a keylogger ill post the scan in a sec

a keylogger is a program that records everything you type (i could be wrong here) and sends it to the person who gave you the keylogger in hopes of getting your passwords and other personal info

Do you really use all those AVs? 14, that's extreme overkill. Keep NOD32, Kapersky, and another one if you're fond of it and ditch the rest, you don't need that many. As for removing, were you able to? If not, try scanning in safe mode (reboot and hit f8 while booting if you have XP), try scanning again then,

That's correct, it records every character stroke you enter then usually email a log to the creator in hopes of getting passwords/cc info etc.

That doesn't sound like a keylogger to me, just normal spyware.
