i must be a crappy hacker..... dreamweaver gives me no additional data, and when i export it to another macromedia program so i can play with the actual pass file..... it tells me i cant grab it. Hmmm..... any hints i can use? oh yeah, im on level 2

chaos... that makes it no fun for anyone if you just tell them how to figure it out. that was like the first rule.... dont give direct solutions or answers. you might as well have told them the pass anyway.

and changing the source on level 2 won't do anyhing for you.... thats only the text file youre looking at the source in. for you to actually change the source, you'd have to hack their admin account of their webserver, and upload your hacked file to their server, and if you could do that, you wouldn't be stuck on level 2....

what im tryin to say is that if you change the source you're looking at, it doesnt actually change the source. you're looking right now at a copy of their source, which is on a server. maybe im not tlaking about the right thing... as i write this im second guessing if i really know what you're tryin to say. are you talking about the return string it gives to the server when you submit your data?

well... i know the pass that youre probably looking at is not it.... notice the
!== .... that means comment in html

what im trying to figure out now is if i can take a part the interface of the password input. It's a file, not just a pretty graphic..... you can right click on that, but i don't know how to cut or copy it. I have the program necessary to look at it, but im having a hard time figuring that out. I jsut need to port it to my PC... which is the hard part

lol i got the 2nd one, i had to dl a program with the initials the first l etter is F and the 2nd letter of the 2nd word if E . After that you just open it there, because the .swf hahaha ig ot it!!

ok so im at the 4th one, and i dled that one file (.class) so then how the heck do i decompose that? can i open it with frontpage?
