No one is really sure yet diablo staff claim that it is just a trophy to prove you killed ubers, but you never know.. just to be safe i would store them all on a mule i got 40+ lol from all the torch farming i do.. but to be on the safeside i keep all of them.

I heard if you carry the soh and click the chat gem in the chat room 5,000 times, every fallen you kill in the next game you enter will drop a soj.
