Problem with Rishondi's

I have been using rishondi's for a while now and there have been no problems. but now all of a sudden when i turn it on it opens the diablo window, sits there for a long time doing nothing then says "Could not locate Diablo II window":confused: then i completely deleted d2 loader, pickit, and pindlebot and reinstalled and configured it again and got the same problem? i have no idea why its doing this its been working fine for a while. anyone know whats wrong?
