How can I use use the evil forces with hero editor (like baal tantacules,diablo's lightnings...)?

Start Hero Editor. Press the F1 key, and a Help file will pop up. Scroll down to section 9, and you will find a description about using Boss and Critter powers.

I have never found these skills to be able to deliver much damage -- they are mainly just for looks.
