cheapest video card to run battlefield 2 smooth?

ok ive decided to go with the

ATI Radeon X700 Pro ViVo AGP 256MB Video Card

so i wont have to buy the whole new power supply, is this card good though??

and also it says it needs a power supply straight from your psu or watever, does every psu have a little plug todo this?

ok i found out it will fit, all i want to know is, is the ATI Radeon x700 pro better then my original Nvidia Geforce FX 5700? i just want to know if its even worth upgrading if that even what im doing? itd be nice if i could be answered before tomorrow to cuz i will be buying it on boxing day if i find out its better and will make a difference? thanks in advance
