It is still not safe to use any maphacks except for Sting's maphack. You can use d2loader and you could have whole time and nobody has or will be banned by it.

It is safe because it doesn't stay on the whole time while you are in a game like EP or MP Maphacks. When you make/join a game, it loads the map for each level in every act so you can see where to go, but it does not show monsters.

also one more question... does it it have quick tele like easyplay did and how do i see wut other ppl r wearing?

actually make it two--- i get a msg that says cannot connect to bnet ect ect... how do i change my ip to get around it? or how do i do it in regedit cause i forget

No, it does not have the auto-teleport like EP because EP was the only maphack with that feature. I haven't used Sting's MH so i wouldn't know, but you can download it and read the readme to see if it has the features and what other features it may have.

Ok, I guess I can answer that one too since I know how to do it. First, what I do to get around it is un-plug my internet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in and try to log on. Second, for the regedit one, click on Start, run, then type in "regedit". Then click on the "+" on HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then look for the file called battle.net, highlight it and hit delete on your keyboard. Then, make it small again by hitting the "-" to make it a "+" again. Then click on the "+" next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, highlight battle.net, delete it, and re start d2. If that didn't work or you don't understand, just reply back.

Only C3PO and MP's MH had Inventory viewer, Sting's is just a basic 'see the map and go', EasyPlay is a 'I tele, show, and chicken you maphack'.

I just tried strings and it is so unreliable.... yes very very safe-- when i say unreliable i mean that i can only reveal 1 part of the map (1 act) then when i go to another map i click reveal map and it recommends that i dont do it because warden is enabled or sumthin like that?? wuts up with that?

Yeah I don;t like how stings is but, when you go to reveal that part of the act or w/e, warden is scanning so it doesn't allow you to turn on the MH for a split second cause it might get you banned.

Do you guys mean d2loader as in no cd hack or d2loader as in the maphack? i cant find the nh version of d2loader let alone configure it to work?

If you guys can give me a link i would be in your debt. or tell me how to configure it to work or just list some of the commands maybe im using it wrong im not a computer guy i build stuff and fix stuff thnxblank:

What???? Nobody in this thread has said anything about d2loader. But, d2loader is a no cd loader...not a maphack and it is in the downloads on this site.
