Fast Barb or Assassin

I want to make a character that runs real fast. May sound stupid but, I've always wanted to. Can anyone give me the gear for the highest possible leveling of shadow disciplines and/or combat masteries and all the w/r speed gear as well that a barb or assassin could wear.

assasins r good...gears...the same as all casters...+bos and ur good...if u dun have godly gear put more in bos if u do jus put 1..i would say u dun have anything good and a no good stuff person cant make a too good barb so go for trapsins ^_^ which is my favorite and best character...enigma hoto spirit torch everybody

anyways, seeing as kaze didnt even come close to answering the question and was way off topic(i think, cant tell because i cant really understand him/her), i will give it a try:

obviously for barb you are going to want to max increase speed and have a point in battle command. thats basically it for skills if all you want to do is run fast. skills..hmm, i'd say to go for the most possible + to skills to up your "increase speed" you need a +3 barb masteries circlet, +3 barb mastery ammy, 2x HOTOs, enigma or myth, 2x sojs or bks, arachs, gloves dont really matter unless you can find some weird rare that gives % faster run/walk, boots i am going to go with nats boots for 40% faster r/w. charms: 9x barb mastery gcs, a bunch of 7% fast r/w scs, torch, and anni.

now for your fast run asn...obviously max BOS, thats about it for skills if you just want to run fast. gear: +3 shadow helm, +3 shadow ammy, 2x +3 shadow claws(if you cant find those use hoto+spirit shield), enigma or treachery, 2x sojs or bks, arachs, boots and gloves same as above for barb. now your going to want to have CTA on switch weap for another +1 to BOS. charms same as above except shadow skillers instead of barb mastery gcs.

if you follow exactly what i have written, your barb will have lvl 47 increased speed which will give you +48% increased speed, plus your 40% from nats boot and whatever % you get from charms. NOTE: after about level 30, you only get .33%(thats 1% per 3 lvls) increase in faster run/walk per skill lvl on increased speed.

your asn will also lvl 47 BOS which will give you +68% faster run/walk+40% from nats and whatever charms you have. NOTE: after about lvl 35 you only get 1% increase per 4-6 skill lvls.

obviously the asn will be faster...what an interesting "guide" i just wrote...hope you actually use it because it was actually kind of a lot of work for something that seems so stupid.

the 25% rw amy
lvl 20 frenzy
lvl 20 increased speed

It was hella funny I would frenzy up my speed and walk across moor in 2 seckonds way faster then any assassin get yourself a rogue merk and make the bow rune word with vigor and wow you rip up the dirtlaugh:
